- The role of Senior Accountant will require to:
Execute daily accounting entries, like petty cash expenses, bank payment.

Position Summary:
The Senior PDM leads all aspects of utility-scale solar PV, battery storage, and hydrogen hybrid project development from inception to completion. This critical role requires strategic vision, expertise, and in-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies.
Core Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute project development strategy for solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and hydrogen integration.
• Identify and evaluate potential projects.
• Establish and oversee project timelines, budgets and milestones.
• Ensure design and engineering standards are met.
• Stay current on industry trends including solar PV innovation, battery storage, hydrogen integration.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to secure permits and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permitting processes.
• Understanding project finance and investment analysis.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on progress, budgets, and metrics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of solar PV and BESS project development experience.
• Extensive knowledge of solar PV, BESS, hydrogen tech, regulations, incentives.
• Proven experience developing Solar+BESS, standalone BESS and Solar+BESS+Hydrogen projects.
• Excellent leadership, team management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and project management abilities.

任职要求：
1、机电、自动化、工程管理类专业，注册建造师二级及以上职业资格证书
2、熟悉项目管理知识、工程建设法律法规、熟悉现行国家及行业施工规范、验收规范，熟悉AutoCAD绘图，熟练掌握现代办公软件；
3、3年以上项目全过程管理相关工作经验；
4、具有经营思维，具有良好的组织管理能力及强烈的进取心、责任心，职业操守记录良好；
5、英语能够流利沟通，适应长期在海外项目地（菲律宾/埃及/土耳其）工作。
